RISE & RADIATE IBC SELLING CHALLENGE FAQ

Get ready to rise up to a new challenge and radiate like the Mary Kay superstar you are! The new Rise + Radiate Challenge for Beauty Consultant is here to help fuel your fire in the months leading up to Seminar – and reward you for consistent growth!

An Independent Beauty Consultant can achieve this challenge by ordering $1,200 or more in retail Section 1* products each month for four, five or six months during the January – June 2026 timeframe. The orders to support the monthly $1,200+ amount do not need to be consecutive to be an achiever.

Rewards and Recognition:

4 Months Achieved: Bling Button + Seminar Recognition
5 Months Achieved: Bling Button + Seminar Recognition + Rise + Radiate Sash you can wear proudly to celebrate your consistency!
6 Months Achieved: All of the above + a Mary Kay-branded quilted crossbody.

Global Bingo Challenge!

January 1 – February 28, 2026

BINGO CHALLENGE FAQ'S

Are you ready to Pink Out with engaging, business-building activities? We’re hosting a pinktastic bingo challenge on social media — Mary Kay style! You will be given 2 challenges per week for 8 weeks, totaling 16 challenges. Fill out your entire card by completing fun challenges such as hosting a skin care party, getting a new customer, sharing your favourite Mary Kay quote and more. If you Pink Out your card, you can join the Global Virtual Bingo Party.

Challenge Rules:

Open to all independent sales force members. Achieve active status by the end of the challenge time frame for a chance to earn the rewards. New Beauty Consultants can join the challenge at any moment — they simply need to complete the previous challenges to catch up for a chance to qualify.
Each square represents a task, achievement or product-related action.
The goal is to complete the entire card (Pink Out) by accomplishing these challenges.
To complete the challenge, Beauty Consultants must Pink Out 16 squares and achieve active status by the end of the challenge. Missed a week? No problem! You have until the end of the challenge to complete any past tasks.

Prizes:
Beauty Consultants who Pink Out and achieve active status by the end of the challenge can register to participate in a virtual global bingo party featuring a virtual tour of Mary Kay Ash's office and R3 with surprise VIP guests, a class on social media, rewards and more. You will be asked to acknowledge completion of all 16 tasks (PinkOut).
